Workflow Design

Take one office chore off your plate before you hire for it.

Best if one chore eats your week. I set up your AI tools, build the fix, and train the people who'll use it.

Chores I take off your plate.

If your team of 3 to 15 spends hours a week on these, you may be thinking about hiring for it. Try this first.

  • Data entry that gets typed twice: once on paper or in email, again in the system
  • Quotes built from scratch every time
  • Invoices that wait for the weekend, so money comes in late
  • Scheduling and reminders done by hand
  • Follow-up emails that slip through the cracks
  • A CRM or job tool that nobody fills in

How it runs.

  1. Step 1

    A free call.

Thirty minutes. Walk me through a normal week. I'm listening for the work that repeats.

  2. Step 2

    A Ride-Along sets the scope.

Half a workday with your office. Within 5 business days, a one-page plan with a fixed quote and one small but meaningful fix running.

  3. Step 3

I build, you test, I adjust.

All with the tools you already have.

  4. Step 4

    Make sure it sticks.

Training, follow-up, whatever it takes until your team actually uses it.

Every workflow starts with a Ride-Along. It ends with a fixed quote, and its fee comes off Workflow Design if you go ahead within 30 days.

What you get.

  • A fixed price, agreed before we start
  • Your AI tools set up for the chore, with the fix built in
  • Training for the people who'll use it, and follow-up until they do
  • A setup your team runs and you own, all of it

From my last job

A CRM nobody filled in, fixed.

At my last job, a four-person sales team had a CRM that was barely used, and much of what was in it was wrong. I made entering data quick and easy. The team got its time back, and the records finally got good enough to use.

75%

less time on data entry, at most

5 hrs

back for the team each week, about

What it costs.

Starting at $1,250. Your fixed quote comes out of the Ride-Along, before any work begins.

Questions about Workflow Design.

Do we have to buy new software?

Usually not. I start with what you already pay for and add only what the chore needs. You pay for your own AI subscription.

We don't use AI at all. Is that a problem?

No. Most of what I fix is plain office work. I use AI where it helps and leave it out where it doesn't.

How soon do we see a result?

Most workflows take two to five weeks once the plan is agreed, and you see a real result before you spend more.

What if the scope changes?

The price is fixed. Anything extra gets a written change order first.

Let's see if this is worth doing.

Takes about two minutes. I reply within a day to set up a free 30-minute call. If I'm not the right fit, I'll say so and point you somewhere better.[email protected]
