What a session covers.
Your people probably already have AI open in a browser tab. Most use it like a search engine.
- Your team's own work: their emails, documents, quotes and spreadsheets, not generic demos
- Three or four weekly chores worth handing to AI, picked with you before the session
- Simple rules for what company data can go in, based on the plan you're on
- Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, or whatever you already pay for
How it works.
- Step 1
A free call.
Thirty minutes to learn how your team works now.
- Step 2
I plan the session.
Around the chores that repeat, picked with you beforehand.
- Step 3
A hands-on half day.
At your office in the DMV, or over video. People leave using it the same day.
- Step 4
Make sure it sticks.
Training, follow-up, whatever it takes until your team actually uses it.
Why me.
At a small data company in Alexandria, Virginia, I led the company-wide Claude rollout: training teams, building the use cases, and getting people to change how they work. Buying the seats was the easy part. Getting people to use them was the job.
I'm obsessed with AI and keep up with the newest tools, so you don't have to.
What it costs.
Starting at $375 per half day for up to 10 people. Launch pricing for my first 3 clients.
Questions about Training.
Do we need to know anything about AI first?
No. The session starts from the work your team already does.
Is it safe to put our company data in?
Yes. My recommendations will always be for systems that meet your data privacy requirements. I check your setup and write simple rules your team can follow.
Is this going to replace anyone?
No. The point isn't to replace you; it's to get you your time back and allow you to do higher-level work.
Can we book it after Workflow Design?
Yes. Book it on its own or after Workflow Design.
Let's see if this is worth doing.
